Feed
Recipients
of
End

data

the
Nasdaq
Fund
Network
Data
Service
will
be
required
to
license
directly
with
Nasdaq.

Any
redistribution
of
any
Nasdaq
Fund
Network
data
to
Data
Feed
Recipients
requires
prior
approval
from
Nasdaq.

All
Recipient
firms
will
need
to
license
with
Nasdaq
directly.


Existing
redistribution
vendors
will
have
until
September
1,
2024
to
commercially
implement
this
change.
