licensing
requirements
for
redistribution
of
Nasdaq
Global
Index
Data
Service
(GIDS).
All
Data
Feed
Recipients
of
End
of
Day
or
Historical
data
from
the
Global
Index
Data
Service
will
be
required
to
license
directly
with
Nasdaq.

Any
redistribution
of
any
Nasdaq
Global
Index
Data
requires
prior
approval
from
Nasdaq.

All
Data
Feed
Recipient
firms
will
need
to
license
with
Nasdaq
directly.

Existing
redistribution
vendors
will
have
until
September
1,
2024
to
commercially
implement
this
change.
